We are a walk-in DIY arts and crafts studio, where consumers come into the studio select their desired products (we offer wood, canvas, pottery, wine glasses ad more) and paint them. The Customer cam in on July 1, 2025 selected, painted and paid for items. There are signs posted in the studio indicating that pottery painted will be ready for pickup in 14 days. We also in assisted the customer select their desired paint the different in paints, and the customer selected some items Acrylic, which was taken home the same day and some others were mostly pottery glazes which would need to be glazed and fired and picked up in two weeks; we again reminded the customer at checkout that they will be texted in about two-week when items are ready. The customers provides us with name email and phone contact for texting. The customers items were ready and we texted the customer to the phone number provided for contact. customer painted 7/1/25 and was texted on 7/9/25 well ahead of the standard 14 day pickup . The customer then has 30 days from the date of the notification to pick up the items. We provided the products and services the customer selected. The customer painted some items with acrylic paints and left with them the same day and the other items the customer painted with pottery glazes that required clear glazing and fired; we glazed and fired and the customer notified that the service of products were ready and the customer never returned to pickup the balance of the items. The customers also has never reached out or followed up regarding the items
