🕒 Clay Pickup Policy (ALL packages): Clay pieces are not taken home the day of the party. After the party, pieces go through a drying and firing process. The party host will be texted when pieces are ready for pickup — typically 3–5 weeks after the party, depending on drying time. The host is responsible for distributing finished pieces to their guests.
⚠️ An adult MUST stay at the party during the entire session.

🎡 About the Wheel Portion:
Each child also gets hands-on pottery wheel time! For this package, the wheel is intentionally about the experience, not producing a second finished piece. On the wheel, guests get to:
- Learn how to center clay
- Open the clay
- Pull the walls
- Try shaping a bowl or cup
- Experiment — squish it down, try again, and just feel the magic of spinning clay!
Some kids may shape something fireable, others may not — and both outcomes are completely normal and part of the fun. Every guest is guaranteed to take home their handbuilt piece from the handbuilding session after pickup.
🔢 Package capacity: This package accommodates 10 participants total (birthday child + up to 9 friends) as we only have 10 pottery wheels. This limit applies to both the handbuilding and wheel portions.

- All paper ware: tablecloth, plates, napkins, utensils, ice
- Any snacks, cake, beverages, and decorations
- Cleaning up all items you bring
- Filling the seats — no refunds for unfilled seats or no-shows
- Picking up completed clay pieces from the studio (3–5 weeks after the party) and distributing them to guests

Payments are nonrefundable. You can reschedule for another date or convert to a to-go at-home event. Full payment must be made to hold your scheduled date. Private events are nonrefundable and nontransferable within 7 days of the event.
