Make your child's birthday celebration truly special with our Kids Canvas Painting Party Package! Perfect for young artists, this creative experience brings friends together for fun at our Warner Robins location.
✨ What's Included:
- Birthday child paints FREE + 10 friends included (11 painters total)
- Choice of canvas size (see options below)
- 2 hours total: 1.5 hours of party time (painting + cake/gifts) plus 15 min setup & 15 min cleanup
- All canvases pre-traced with your chosen design
- Dedicated art instructor with step-by-step guidance
- All art supplies: canvases, brushes, acrylic paint, and aprons
- Use of studio space including tables and chairs

🎉 How the Party Works:
What Will We Paint?
You choose the painting subject! Each guest will paint the same picture on their canvas with guidance from our expert instructor.
Party Timeline (2 hours total):
- 15 minutes: Setup time
- 1.5 hours: Party time for guests (painting session + cake and gift opening)
- 15 minutes: Cleanup time
Our artists handle the painting instruction, while parents are responsible for managing the cake and gift time. An adult MUST stay at the party during the entire session.
👋 Drop-Off Party Policy:
Our parties are designed as drop-off events! Parents of invited guests are encouraged to drop off their child(ren) and return at pickup time. If parents prefer to stay, they must remain in the assigned party room. Please note: seating is limited to painters and only a few additional seats are available.
Parents may only be in the main studio area if they are painting separately from the party. This policy does not apply to the birthday child's family.
📦 What The Creativity Cafe Provides:
- Use of the studio for the class (including tables and chairs)
- A dedicated art instructor giving step-by-step instruction
- All required materials (canvases, brushes, acrylic paint, and aprons)
🎈 What You, The Host, Are Responsible For:
- All paper ware: plastic tablecloth for food table, plates, napkins, utensils, and ice
- NO CONFETTI or GLITTER
- Any snacks, cake, beverages, and decorations
- Cleaning up all items you bring
- Filling the seats - no refunds for unfilled seats or no-shows

Add an extra 30 minutes to your party for just $50 when booked in advance ($60 if added day-of, subject to availability).

- Complete your booking with full payment
- We'll confirm your date and time within 24 hours
- Show up and celebrate – we'll handle the rest!
💳 Payment & Cancellation Policy:
Payments are nonrefundable. We understand that life happens - you can reschedule for another date or turn your event into a to-go at-home event. Full payment must be paid to hold your scheduled day.
Important: Private events are nonrefundable and nontransferable within 7 days of event.
